2 lb Gold Coast halved Brussels sprouts
12 slices bacon, cut into small pieces
1 medium red onion, cut into small chunks
2 tbsp garlic pepper seasoning
3 tbsp goat or feta cheese
Balsamic glaze

1 Preheat oven to 425° F.
2 Place Brussels sprouts and chopped onion in a large bowl.
3 Lightly cook bacon on stove top over medium heat until bacon becomes translucent.
4 Pour bacon and drippings over Brussels sprouts and onion. Add seasoning and mix well.
5 Place mixture on a large, flat baking sheet. Cook for 45 to 60 minutes or until Brussels sprouts and bacon are crispy.
6 Top with cheese and desired amount of glaze. Enjoy!
