WTF Do I Do With
Prime Time Mini Sweet Peppers ?!

‐ Mini Sweet Pepper Santa Hats ‐

12 Prime Time Red Mini Sweet Peppers

12 Ritz crackers or other circle-shaped cracker

5.4oz Boursin Garlic & Herb cheese, or similar soft spreadable cheese

Prep Time: 15 mins

Servings: 6

1. Let the Boursin cheese come to room temperature. Once soft, add to a pastry bag with a small circular decorating tip. Alternatively, add the cheese to a Ziploc bag and snip off the corner with scissors.

2. Cut the tops off the mini peppers to create a cone shape and remove any seeds if necessary. If the mini pepper is really big, cut off a little more so that it resembles a Santa hat.

3. Pipe cheese around the opening of the cut pepper and then place on the cracker to hold the pepper in place.

4. Pipe around the bottom of the pepper creating the base of the hat, then pipe a small amount on the tip of the pepper to complete the hat. Repeat with the remaining peppers and crackers. Enjoy!
