1 cup Bobalu Strawberries, sliced
1 sheet lavash or flatbread
10 leaves fresh basil
⅔ cup mozzarella cheese
½ cup Feta cheese, crumbled
Drizzle balsamic glaze
⅓ cup sliced red onion, optional

1 Preheat oven to 425º F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
2 Sprinkle mozzarella over the flatbread and spread it out, leaving a border around the edges.
3 Sprinkle the strawberries and Feta cheese over top.
4 Bake in oven for 15 minutes or until the crust is crispy.
5 Sprinkle the flatbread with basil and drizzle with balsamic glaze and a bit more Feta cheese.
6 Serve immediately, and enjoy!
