2 medium Veg-Fresh Farms Fresh Fries Potatoes, cut into wedges
¼ cup oil of choice
1 tsp salt
Preferred seasoning (optional)
Prep Time: 35 mins
Cook Time: 20–30 mins
Servings: 2–4
1 Wash potatoes and then cut each potato into thin strips or wedges. Leave the skin on.
2 Soak the fries for 30 minutes in ice-cold water and then pat dry with a paper towel. Place in a medium bowl.
3 Toss fries with oil and sprinkle with salt and your choice of seasoning.
4 Pre-heat air fryer to 380° F.
5 Put the fries in an even layer in the air fryer basket with no overlapping
6 Cook for 20–30 minutes, turning the fries halfway through until golden crisp. Enjoy!
