WTF Do I Do With
Keystone Apples ?!

‐ Warm and Cozy Bourbon Apple Cider ‐

2 Honeycrisp Apples

2 Pink Lady Apples

2 Granny Smith Apples

1 Progressive Farms Navel Orange

4 cinnamon sticks

½ tsp whole cloves

2 whole star anise

½ cup brown sugar

10 cups water

1 750 ml bottle of bourbon whiskey

Prep Time: 10 mins

Cook Time: 30 mins

Servings: 10+

1. Slice the apples and oranges. Leave the rind, seeds and stems—there is no need to core them. Place the sliced fruits on the bottom of the pot. Then add the whole cloves, whole star anise, cinnamon sticks, and brown sugar.

2. Add the water. Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes. Once cooking time is done, allow the pressure to release naturally for an additional 15 minutes. Carefully release pressure manually by turning the knob from sealing to venting. Once pressure is completely released, open the lid.

3. Using a potato masher, mash all the fruit. Strain the mashed mixture using a fine strainer. Squeeze out as much of the warm liquid as you can, discarding the mash.

4. Pour the delicious and comforting apple cider into your favorite mug. Add a shot of bourbon whiskey, garnish with an apple slice (or two) and cinnamon stick.

 5. Snuggle up by the fireplace and enjoy!
