2 large California Giant Strawberries, sliced
4 slices sourdough bread
2 large basil leaves, thinly sliced
Fontina cheese, sliced
Salted butter, softened
Balsamic glaze, for drizzling

1 Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
2 Butter bread slices on one side.
3 On the non-buttered side of two pieces of bread, arrange cheese slices so they are covering the bread.
4 Add sliced strawberries and basil on top of cheese and cover with bread, making sure the buttered side is up.
5 Carefully transfer the sandwiches to pre-heated skillet, cooking for about 3–4 minutes on each side, until bread is golden and cheese is melted.
6 Transfer to cutting board to slice, drizzle with balsamic glaze and enjoy!
