6 LIV Produce Organic Mandarin Oranges
1½ cups heavy whipping cream
1 tbsp sugar
1 (1 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
2 tsp vanilla extract

1 Peel and separate LIV Produce Organic Mandarin Oranges, and set aside.
2 Whip cream and sugar until thickened and soft peaks are formed; don’t overbeat.
3 Slowly stir in pudding mix and vanilla into the mixture.
4 Fold the LIV Produce Mandarin Oranges into the pudding mixture.
5 Spoon into dessert vessels and refrigerate until cold. Serve and enjoy.
