⅓ cup freshly squeezed orange juice from Bee Sweet Citrus Navel Oranges
Zest from 1 medium Bee Sweet Citrus Navel Orange
2 cups all-purpose flour
⅓ cup light brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
¾ cups oatmeal
1½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp salt
2 large eggs
½ cup milk
½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
1½ tsp vanilla extract
1¼ cups fresh cranberries

1 Preheat oven to 350° F. Line a 12-cup muffin pan with cupcake liners.
2 In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients together.
3 In a second bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients.
4 Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients bowl and mix until everything is combined. It is okay if the batter is slightly lumpy.
5 Gently fold in the cranberries.
6 Evenly distribute the batter into the cupcake liners.
7 Bake for 23–25 min, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the muffins comes out clean.
8 Let muffins cool before you enjoy!
