‐ Low-Carb Crispy Parm Rings with California Flat Sweet Onions ‐

2 large Progressive Farms California Flat Sweet Onions, sliced into
½"–1" rings

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ cup almond flour

2 eggs

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Cooking spray

Cook Time: 7–10 mins

1 Preheat your air fryer to 375° F (190° C).

2 In one bowl, combine almond flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, place the grated Parmesan cheese.

3 Dip each onion ring into the almond flour mixture, shaking off excess. Next, dip into the beaten eggs, allowing excess to drip off. Finally, coat with Parmesan cheese, pressing lightly to adhere.

4 Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the onion rings in a single layer in the basket—you may need to do this in batches.

5 Cook for about 7–10 minutes or until golden and crispy. Flip the onion rings halfway through cooking to ensure even browning.

6 Serve hot with a low-carb dipping sauce like sugar-free ketchup or ranch dressing. Enjoy!
