Blueberry Liqueur
3 cups North Bay Produce Blueberries
1 cup sugar
2 cups vodka
Blueberry Mule
6 oz package North Bay Produce Blueberries
2 cans ginger beer
½ fresh lime, sliced
2 shots blueberry liqueur
Sprig of mint
Ice

1 To make liqueur: Mix ingredients together in a large Mason jar and lid tightly. Shake the mixture until sugar is mostly dissolved. Store in a dark, cool place for 4 weeks to 3 months.
2 Strain the mixture, separating blueberries from liquid, and store the liqueur in a decorative bottle. Dispose of blueberries. Refrigerate liqueur.
3 In two Moscow mule mugs, pour one shot of blueberry liqueur in each over ice. Top with equal amounts of ginger beer and stir to combine. Garnish with fresh skewers of blueberries and lime and a sprig of mint. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
