Cake
3 (1¼ cup) Index Fresh Ripe Avocados, mashed
4 eggs
1 cup honey
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup almond flour
1½ tsp vanilla
¾ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
Frosting
2 (¾ cup) Index Fresh Ripe Avocados, mashed
½ cup honey
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp coconut oil
Prep Time: 45 mins
Cook Time: 25–35 mins
Servings: 6–8
1 For the cake, preheat oven to 350° F. Blend all cake ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
2 Bake in a spray-coated 9" cake pan for 25–35 minutes until done. Cool completely before adding frosting.
3 For the frosting, blend all ingredients until smooth. Chill at least 30 minutes before spreading on cake. Enjoy!
