2 Calavo Avocados each
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb (16–20 ct) shrimp, peeled and deveined
Sea salt to taste
Marinade
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 each limes, juiced
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp oregano, chopped
1 tsp Ancho chili powder
1 tsp sea salt
½ tsp black pepper

1 Mix the marinade ingredients and add in shrimp. Marinate for 30 minutes.
2 Grill shrimp on medium-high heat for about 1–2 minutes per side.
3 Halve avocados and remove the pit.
4 Coat exposed avocado with olive oil.
5 Place each avocado half face-down on the hottest part of the grill and grill for 3–5 minutes. You are looking for some nice char marks and the avocado to be heated through.
6 Remove avocados, season with salt, and plate with shrimp. Enjoy!
