2 ripe Calavo Avocados, diced
3 Calavo Roma Tomatoes, diced
4 oz feta cheese, cubed or crumbled
⅓ cup red onion, diced
½ cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 dash garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste

Servings: 6
1 Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Make sure the avocados aren’t too soft so they hold their texture.
2 Gently fold together ingredients until mixed, taking care not to mash the avocado.
3 Serve with pita chips or dipper of choice.
