16 oz Bobalu Strawberries
Vodka of your choice
3 tbsp sugar
Prep Time: 10 mins
Infusion Time: 7–10 days
Servings: 1 mason jar
1 Wash and hull strawberries, then cut into quarters.
2 Add the strawberries to a mason jar and fill with vodka of your choice.
3 Add sugar and close the lid tightly on the jar. Let it sit in a cool, dark place for 7–10 days.
4 When it’s ready, strain everything through cheesecloth or a very fine mesh strainer. The berries absorb a lot of liquid, so be sure to squeeze them out! Store vodka in a mason jar in the fridge.
5 Pour over ice with a lime, or add a mixer like soda or sparkling water. Enjoy!
