1 pint SUNSET® Wild Wonders® Tomatoes, quartered
1 oval loaf fresh bread
1½ cups half and half
1½ cup colby jack cheese, shredded
1 cup pulled smoked brisket
1 cup black beans
3 tbsp unsalted butter
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp cumin
¼ tsp Kosher salt
½ tsp freshly cracked black pepper
¼ cup scallions, sliced
Tortilla chips, for serving

1 Using a serrated utility knife, cut out a football shape in the top of the bread loaf. Carefully remove some of the inside of the bread and set aside to reserve for dipping.
2 In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add in the flour and whisk until smooth, about 2 minutes. Whisk in the half and half and bring to a simmer.
3 Add in the shredded cheese and allow to melt, about 3–4 minutes.
4 Add in the pulled brisket, black beans, cayenne, cumin, salt, black pepper, and scallions. Stir until well-combined and heated through.
5 Carefully pour the pulled brisket queso dip into the football-shaped bread bowl. Top with the quartered Wild Wonders® Tomatoes.
6 Serve with reserved bread and tortilla chips. Enjoy!
