1 pint blackberries
1 red onion, sliced
3–4 oz baby arugula
2–3 oz crumbled feta cheese

1 Lay a bed of baby arugula on a serving dish.
2 Layer sliced Crimson™ Tomatoes, blackberries, sliced avocados, and red onion on top.
3 Top with crumbled feta and lots of fresh basil, and season with salt and pepper.
