1 (14 oz) package Mann’s Cauliflower Cauliettes®
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
¼ tsp curry powder or cumin (optional)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Panko Parmesan crumbs
¼ cup panko bread crumbs, toasted
2 tbsp grated Parmesan
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp chopped parsley
Servings: 4
1Preheat oven to 375°F.
2Sprinkle spices and olive oil on raw Cauliettes® and toss to coat evenly. Spread on parchment lined sheet pan and roast for 20 minutes.
3Remove from oven. Toss with lemon juice, zest, and parsley in serving dish. Set to side.
4Toast panko crumbs in oven for 3-5 minutes until golden.
5Remove panko crumbs from oven and mix in Parmesan, zest, and parsley.
6Sprinkle panko crumbs mixture over Cauliettes® just before serving.
