1 oz vodka
¼ oz champagne vinegar
¼ oz lemon, freshly squeezed
⅓ oz simple syrup
Salt (optional, for garnish)

1 Muddle 4–6 DelFrescoPure® The Original Cherry Tomatoes on the Vine® and strain liquid into a cocktail shaker.
2 Add vodka, champagne vinegar, freshly squeezed lemon juice, simple syrup, and ice to the cocktail shaker and shake well.
3 Line the rim of a cocktail glass with lemon juice and salt. Pour the drink into the glass over ice.
4 Add another cherry tomato for garnish, if desired. Enjoy!
