3 mangoes, diced
1 red bell pepper, chopped
½ cup red onion, chopped
⅓ cup cilantro, chopped
1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
1 large lime, juiced
¼ tsp salt
Prep Time: 15 min
Chill Time: 10 min
Servings: 3 cups
1 Combine mango, bell pepper, onion, cilantro, and jalapeño.
2 Drizzle with lime juice.
3 Season to taste with salt and stir.
4 For best flavor, let the salsa rest for 10 minutes or longer. Serve and enjoy!
