1 lb 4Earth Farms Organic or Conventional Brussels Sprouts
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp finely ground sea salt
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
2 tbsp honey

1 Preheat oven to 400º F.
2 Slice carrots into 1" chunks on the diagonal and place on a large baking sheet or a cast iron skillet.
3 Place Brussels sprouts on the baking sheet with carrots. (Halve Brussels sprouts if they are large.)
4 Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables and mix to coat evenly. Sprinkle evenly with chili powder, salt, and cayenne pepper, then drizzle with honey. Toss until the vegetables are evenly coated.
5 Bake, stirring with a spatula every 10 minutes, for about 25–30 minutes, or until tender. Watch closely toward the end of the baking time to avoid overcooking. Enjoy!
