1 med-large Bako Sweet® organic sweet potato
1 1⁄2 cups oat flour
1 1⁄2 tbsp chia seeds
3-4 tbsp water
Salt and pepper
Additional pizza toppings such as tomato sauce, cheese, mushrooms, onions, etc.

1 Preheat oven to 400 ̊ F. Peel the sweet potato and dice into small cubes. Boil until soft (around 15 minutes).
2 Combine chia seeds with water in a small bowl and place in water until it becomes a gel (5-10 minutes). Add more chia seeds or water as necessary.
3 Drain water from sweet potatoes and mash into a puree. Mix in oats, chia seed gel, salt, and pepper. Spread out the mixture on a baking pan with parchment paper. Spread it out thin and even.
4 Bake crust for 15-20 minutes. When the crust is just starting to brown, remove from oven. Add your desired toppings, and bake in the oven for another 8-10 minutes or until done.
