½ lb 4Earth Farms Organic Broccoli Florets
1 egg
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
¼ tsp cayenne
⅓ cup corn starch
Cooking oil, for frying
Dipping Sauce
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp white sugar
4 tbsp water
4 tbsp rice vinegar
½ tsp chili flakes or chili sauce
½ tsp green onion, finely chopped
½ tsp roasted sesame seeds

Cook Time: 10 mins
Servings: 3–4
1. Place the green beans in a bowl, add the egg, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Mix well.
2. Add cornstarch and mix to form a batter. Add water if too thick. Heat cooking oil in a wok or frying pan.
3. Coat vegetables in batter and carefully place them one by one in the hot oil. Cook in batches until golden and crisp, about 2–3 minutes and drain on a stack of paper towels.
4. Mix the ingredients for the dipping sauce and enjoy!
