1½ lb Mucci Farms Memento Heirloom Tomatoes, sliced ¼” thick
2 tbsp chopped Mucci Farms Naked Leaf Living Basil
2 cups ricotta cheese
2 cups grated Parmesan
2 tsp dried oregano
Sea salt and ground pepper, to taste
1 10” tart crust
Servings: 8
1 Place Parmesan, ricotta, and basil in a large bowl.
2 Add salt and pepper to taste, and mix well.
3 Spread cheese mixture into tart shell, and arrange tomato slices on top.
4 Garnish with chopped basil leaves and oregano.
5 Serve immediately.
