5–6 Live Oak Farms Roma Tomatoes, diced
1 Live Oak Farms Red Bell Pepper, seeded and diced
1 Live Oak Farms Green Bell Pepper, seeded and diced
1–2 Live Oak Farms Jalapeño Peppers, seeded and finely diced
1 medium red onion, finely diced
2 avocados, diced
1–2 cooked cobs of sweet corn (or 15 oz can corn, drained)
15 oz can black beans, well-rinsed and drained (or make your own)
½ cup cilantro, chopped
Tortilla chips
Dressing
¼ cup lime juice (about 3 limes)
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp honey
¼ tsp chili powder

1Place the dip ingredients in a large bowl. Toss to combine.
2Mix the dressing ingredients. Pour dressing on top and toss to coat evenly.
3Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
