1 lb 4Earth Farms™ Organic Green Beans, trimmed and sliced
½ 4Earth Farms Organic Red Onion
1 (15½ oz) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
Dressing
¼ cup red wine vinegar
½ cup olive oil
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp dried basil
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp dried rosemary
½ tsp dried parsley
½ tsp sea salt

1 In a medium pot, bring water to a boil.
2 Trim and slice the green beans and boil them for 2 minutes. Remove the pot from heat, drain, and rinse with cold water.
3 Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Then, thinly slice the onion into half-moons.
4 Make dressing by whisking together the red wine vinegar, olive oil, and spices.
5 In a large bowl, combine the green beans, chickpeas, red onion, and dressing. Mix well. Serve and enjoy!
