2 EverCrisp® Apples, thinly sliced
2–3 cups sweet potato of choice, peeled and sliced
2 cups crushed pecans
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ cup melted butter
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon

1 Layer EverCrisp® apples and sweet potatoes in an oven-safe dish.
2 Combine maple syrup, butter, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon. Pour ½ of the syrup mix on top of the apple and sweet potatoes.
3 Stir the remaining syrup into the pecans. Place pecan crumbles on top.
4 Bake at 350° F for 35–45 minutes or until golden brown.
5 Serve warm. Top with ice cream or whipped cream if desired. Enjoy!
