2 lb 4Earth Farms™ Organic Green Beans, trimmed
3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1 shallot, minced
3 slices bacon
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 medium lemon
Salt and pepper, to taste

1 Cook bacon and drain on paper towel. Dice after cooling and then set aside.
2 In a large skillet over medium-low heat, add butter, olive oil, garlic, and shallots. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3 Add green beans and increase heat to medium, stirring frequently until tender.
4 Add salt and pepper to taste and squeeze lemon juice over beans.
5 Garnish with Parmesan and serve. Enjoy!
