1 ripe Calavo Avocado, mashed
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup granulated sugar
½ cup whole wheat flour
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ cup chocolate chips/chunks

1 Crack egg in a bowl. Beat until fluffy.
2 Add avocado and vanilla extract into bowl and mix together.
3 Add granulated sugar into bowl and mix.
4 Add flours and baking soda and mix until smooth.
5 Stir in chocolate chips.
6 Use an ice cream scooper to scoop out dough onto a cookie tray lined with parchment paper. Chill the tray for 10 minutes.
7 Bake the cookies at 350° F for about 15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
8 Let the cookies cool, then enjoy!
