1 Roll out the dough and cook as the packet instructs. In the meantime, add a drizzle of olive oil to a medium size sauté pan. Sauté the onions with a pinch of sea salt on medium-high heat. Cook for about 15 minutes or until the onions caramelize; add a splash of water when the pan dries out.
2 Once the flatbread has cooked in the oven, place it on a very hot grill pan and cook on one side until it has charred grill marks. Remove and add cheese. Top with berries, arugula, onions, a drizzle of olive oil, sea salt, and chili flakes. At this point, you can enjoy as is or pop in the oven for the cheese and berries to warm for about 5–8 minutes on 375° F.
3 Cut into pieces and enjoy!
