2 medium WATER FOR ALL Mangos, peeled and sliced
½ WATER FOR ALL Cucumber, peeled and sliced
1 cup arugula
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 avocado, thinly sliced
½ cup pomegranate arils
Salt, to taste
Chili flakes, to taste (optional)
Dressing
¼ cup lime juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt

1 Add sliced mangos, avocado, red onion, and cucumber slices to a large bowl.
2 Mix with a spoon. Add arugula and pomegranate arils.
3 Sprinkle salt on the salad and give it a toss so that it mixes well. For a spicy kick, add a few chili flakes. Once done, set aside.
4 To prepare dressing, mix together lime juice, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
5 Drizzle the dressing on the salad and enjoy!
Note: Slightly unripe mangos are ideal for this recipe, but any stage of ripeness will work!
