2024: A Year To Remember

2024: A Year To Remember

As I reflect on 2024, I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the successes we have achieved both professionally and personally.

This past year has been a testament to the incredible team of people I have the privilege to work with every day and the unwavering support of the Roberts Family. Together, we made remarkable strides at the Roberts Company (Corner Market and Grocery Depot).

From innovative sales strategies to strengthening our customer-first culture, every success we celebrated this year was because of the collective hard work, dedication, and drive of our people. The foundation of our company is the people behind it, and I couldn’t be prouder to stand alongside them.

On a personal note, 2024 has been a year filled with immense pride and joy. Watching my three kids, now 13, 10, and 7, grow and thrive has been one of the greatest blessings of my life.

From soccer fields to volleyball courts, our nights are busy, loud, and full of energy. Each day is a whirlwind of practices, games, schoolwork, and late nights catching up on work—but it’s the kind of chaos I wouldn’t trade for anything. These moments remind me that while work drives purpose, family drives meaning. Striking the balance between work and family is never easy, but 2024 has shown me that when you love what you do and who you do it for, balance isn’t just achievable—it’s fulfilling.

Looking ahead to 2025, I’m declaring it the Year of the Winners. It’s the year to chase goals with relentless determination and turn dreams into realities, both professionally and personally. At the Roberts Company, we’ll continue to build on our successes, push boundaries, and deliver exceptional value to our customers. On the home front, I look forward to cheering on my kids as they continue to excel in school, sports, and life.

Here’s to a new year filled with ambition, teamwork, family, and success. Together, we’ll make 2025 a year to remember. Let’s win!
