3 DelFrescoPure® Heirloom Tomatoes
8 oz Burrata cheese
6–8 fresh basil leaves
Extra-virgin olive oil, to taste
Coarse salt, to taste

1 Slice tomatoes using a serrated knife and spread out on a platter.
2 Pull Burrata cheese into 5–6 pieces and place on top of tomato slices.
3 Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt, then finish with fresh basil leaves.
4 Consume right away for best experience and enjoy!
Tip: Serve with garlic toasted crostini and warm marinated mixed olives.
