As a cross between Pink Lady and Honeycrisp, WildTwist® seems to take the relative ease of Pink Lady and smooth over some of the difficulties of a Honeycrisp. It has the same blast of honey sweetness that makes its parent so popular, but follows that up with a little Pink Lady tartness that makes for a more interesting finish.
